About Us

FPV racing is motorsport – just in the air. Our drones race at speeds of up to 150 km/h through obstacle courses, piloted by pilots who fly live from the drone’s perspective through video goggles.

We are the Zend Masters – a group of around 30 passionate hobby pilots and part of the Funsport division of TSV Feldkirchen since 2021. We build our own tracks – with elements you won’t easily find anywhere else: from classic gates to a massive Jacob’s Ladder and large wooden cubes.

In summer we fly our 5-inch racers on the TSV Feldkirchen sports grounds, in winter we move indoors – with Tinywhoops and an LED-lit track.

Whether you’re a curious spectator or an aspiring pilot – you’re always welcome to drop by one of our training sessions! Check our calendar for all upcoming dates.

Rules

By joining TSV Feldkirchen, the following rules are acknowledged:

General

  1. Flight operations follow the current regulations of MultiGP. In case of conflict, these rules take precedence.
  2. Video systems must comply with the MultiGP ruleset. Currently, only analog systems and HDZero are permitted at events.
  3. Legal requirements must be observed – this includes CE-compliant electronics and proof of valid liability insurance.
  4. Track material and equipment must be properly stored in the equipment room after flying. Damaged material should be repaired where possible.
  5. After flying, the hall and outdoor area must be checked for broken propeller blades and other debris. Particular attention should be paid to rebar.
  6. Each member may bring guests and is responsible for ensuring they comply with the rules.
  7. Guests may participate in trial training twice free of charge. After that, a usage fee is required unless a membership exists. Students, trainees, and university students pay half.
    • Outdoor area: €10
    • Hall: €5

Outdoor Area

  1. All pilots must sign in and out of the flight log before and after flying.
  2. The permitted flight area covers the playing field; the maximum flight altitude is limited by the surrounding safety fence.
  3. Flight operations take place on the left half of the playing field where possible.
  4. Propeller colors in green and transparent/grey are not permitted. Signal colors are recommended.

Hall

  1. In the hall, only (Tiny) Whoops up to 2 inches (85 mm) and a maximum of 2S may be flown.
  2. Propellers must be protected by prop guards.
